Base Pay Range

$130,000.00/yr - $280,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Recruit, assess, and place Employment Law Attorneys with a focus on Employment Law Litigation. Conduct candidate outreach, interviews, and develop talent pipelines for the firm's legal practice areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of Employment Law Litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Employment law and court procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $280,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
