Job DescriptionTower Semiconductor is searching for a Photo Process Engineer to support sustaining, continuous improvement, new tool installation, and process transfer and development work in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing fab. A qualified candidate will be self-motivated, have strong technical and analytical skills, and possess a practical, hands‑on approach to engineering problems. The desired candidate will be able to partner with cross‑functional teams to provide goal-oriented, efficient and effective solutions.This Job Is For You IfYou can sustain processes or tools assigned to you and establish the direction needed for continuous improvement activitiesYou can troubleshoot and solve yield issues, and ramp new process technologies from RÐÐ to volume manufacturingYou can characterize and qualify new equipment, equipment upgrades, and process technologiesYou have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy teamwork, and thrive in collaborative environmentsYou're adept at multi-tasking and able to prioritize tasks with goals and efficiency in mindYou can interface with global counterparts to benchmark and improve photo processes and proceduresYou can support the Integration and Quality engineering teams to ensure your process modules and tools meet qualification and reliability requirementsJob RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in relevant field preferredHighly desirable coursework includes semiconductor processing technology, device physics, and statisticsDemonstrated knowledge of photolithography principles, theories, concepts, tools, and techniques2+ years of photo process engineering experience preferredExpertise in ASML or Canon KrF/ArF scanners preferredDemonstrate proficiency and understanding of overlay and CDSEM metrologyDemonstrate solid understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)Knowledge of PROMIS WIP management and JMP statistical analysis software preferredExperience with FMEAs, and 8D problem-solving processes preferredStrong leadership and mentoring skillsCandidate must be able to communicate with audiences at any technical levelMust be a self-starter, dependable, and highly motivated#J-18808-Ljbffr
