Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:30) Work Experience: Perform Nuclear Medicine Procedures Prepare and administer radioactive pharmaceuticals (radiopharmaceuticals) and perform diagnostic imaging procedures to evaluate organ function and detect disease. Operate Imaging Equipment Use specialized imaging equipment such as gamma cameras, SPECT, and PET scanners to capture high-quality diagnostic images. Monitor Patient Safety and Care Explain procedures, monitor patients for adverse reactions, ensure radiation safety, and provide compassionate patient care throughout examinations.
