Warehouse Innovation Project Manager

We're currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Innovation Project Manager Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple warehouse productivity and automation projects
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse teams
• Collaborate with operations, IT, engineering, and third-party vendors
• Analyze project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Evaluate warehouse layouts, workflows, and processes to drive efficiency improvements
• Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
• Experience: 3+ years in logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL environments preferred
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and WMS/TMS systems
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track trends, and generate reports
• Organization: Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Reliability: Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Travel: Up to 50% travel within the U.S.

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Use hands for handling, typing, and operating a computer
• Ability to communicate effectively (talk and hear)
• Capable of multitasking and solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
