We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support our Procurement Manager and broader purchasing function across our operating companies. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vendors, numbers, and projects, and who thrives in a fast-paced office environment where accuracy and follow-through matter.
2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, AP, or a related administrative/accounting role.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables); comfortable working in an ERP system.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Competitive hourly pay: $25 $30/hour, depending on experience.
