Male client in Chino Hills is needing a compassionate, reliable caregiver to help provide quality care. This is a 24 hour case and shifts are from (8:00AM-8:00PM) & (8:00PM-8:00AM)

Care Needs:

Stand-by assistance
Assisting with transfers from bed to wheelchair using gate belt
Personal care needs; change depends, bathing/hygiene, oral hygiene.
ADL care assistance
Safety Monitoring

Requirements:

Proven experience as a caregiver (Minimum 2+ Years Preferred)
Current HCA (Home Care Aide) registration
Successful completion of a Live-Scan (Criminal Background Check)
Recent TB TEST (Tuberculosis Test) or Chest X-RAY
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Respectful, compassionate, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

Caregiver will provide companionship, emotional support, and promote clients' social engagement
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Support mobility and transfers, including safe lifting when necessary
Monitor and document clients' health status and reporting changes
Administer medication reminders
Maintain a clean and safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with safety protocols
Uphold clients' rights while ensuring dignity, respect, and compassionate care
