Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Help to deter unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing for suspicious behavior, unsecured access points, and/or policy violations; Support asset protection efforts by monitoring high-traffic areas, assisting with access control as needed, and documenting security-related concerns for management review
