Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support authorized entry procedures and redirecting unauthorized individuals according to site protocols.; Assist with de-escalation support, routine rounds, and security-related presence in waiting areas and other public spaces to help promote order and address client concerns.
