As a Residential (ADU's Remodels, New Construction) Designer, you will be working closely with clients to bring their vision of the perfect space to life, while falling within safety guidelines and budget limitations. The ideal candidate has a background in construction, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once.Responsibilities Meet with potential and current clients to determine their vision and needs for the spaceAdvise and guide clients on the optimal layout and design features of their spaceUse computer software to draft layouts and design elements such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Chief Architect.Work within client budgets and needs to create the best space for themQualifications Previous experience in construction or design desiredStrong computer skills, including experience with design drafting software and Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop, and Adobe systemsExcellent customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsThis is NOT a work Remote Postion, you must come and work at our office.
