Digital E-Commerce Associate Manager (Retail/ B2B)

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking a Digital E-Commerce Associate Manager (Retail/ B2B) to support our client's team. Location: Irvine, CA Shift: 10-7 Monday - Friday

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $90,000-110,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Full time FLSA Status: Non exempt

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings, content, and digital assets across retailer platforms.
  • Improve product visibility, search rankings, conversion rates, and online sales performance.
  • Support digital promotions, product launches, and retail media campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to drive growth and ROI.
  • Partner closely with Account Management, Trade Marketing, and external vendors to execute digital commerce initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 35+ years of experience in Digital Commerce, E-commerce, or Retail Marketing.
  • Experience working with major retail platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or Target.
  • Background in CPG, Food & Beverage, or consumer products preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Google Analytics, and retail media platforms.
  • Experience managing digital content, PDP optimization, and online merchandising.
  • Korean language skills are a plus.
