Avionics Manager Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Avionics Manager to lead our shop floor operations while staying hands-on with advanced avionics work. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, mentor technicians, troubleshoot complex systems, and help deliver exceptional results for corporate and private aircraft customers. Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations and serve as acting General Manager when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics installation issues.
• Train, mentor, and develop avionics technicians.
• Manage team performance, attendance, and compliance.
• Ensure FAA, manufacturer, and customer quality standards are met.
• Implement corrective actions and maintain accurate records.
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot avionics systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in general aviation or avionics.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical and avionics systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting corporate and private aircraft avionics.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and engineering drawings.
• Experience installing harnesses and programming avionics systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport clearance.
• Preferred experience with Garmin, Honeywell, pitot-static testing, cabin entertainment, and Wi-Fi systems.
