Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobby areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support orderly entry and exit procedures in accordance with location protocols; Assist with monitoring alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, and communicate status updates, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns to site leadership as needed
