Providence Health & Services - - Responsibilities: Act as liaison between the patient, nursing, and Nutritional Care Services; Perform menu activities for patients of all ages including infant, adolescent, adult, and geriatric; Modify menus, deliver and collect trays, and maintain tallies; Interview patient food preferences to determine nutritional risk and special food needs; Assist with tray delivery, tray assembly, and participate in performance improvement activities
