RadNet - Saddleback Parkway - Responsibilities: Greet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner; Obtain or verify proper insurance and patient information, collect signatures and ensure accuracy and completion of necessary documentation; Answer/transfer incoming phone calls; Schedule, reschedule or cancel new or current patients, confirm appointments and notify staff of changes when necessary; Give patients appropriate orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, and provide directions to facilities if needed
