Pacifica Hotels - 2020 Pacific Coast Highway - Responsibilities: Clean guest rooms to Company standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms; Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor and communicate effectively with guests and team members; Follow minutes-per-room guideline and company policies for room amenities; Return items left in guest rooms to management and secure master keys; Assist with laundry and provide support to other team members and departments as needed
