Kaiser Permanente - - Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician; Maintain patient confidentiality and provide information within scope to patients and families; Prioritize and coordinate patient care assignments and escalate when needed to the Registered Nurse; Document patient care activities clearly and timely; Assist with transportation of patients and supplies within the medical center
