Marriott Hotels - 500 East 1st Street - Responsibilities: Respond to guest repair requests and communicate maintenance issues to guests and staff; Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and tools, including painting, mechanical and electrical tasks; Inspect tools, equipment, and systems; identify shut-off valves and utilities; maintain inventory and requisition parts; Document daily activities and issues to other shifts; follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety policies; Program TVs and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties
