US Department of Defense - San Diego Freeway - Responsibilities: Establish and manage user accounts and determine and maintain user privilege levels; Troubleshoot hardware, software, Wide Area Network, and Local Area Network problems where applicable, coordinating with the installation's Communications Unit; Administer the process to consider user requests for additional computer hardware and software; Investigate damaged and missing equipment and conduct inventories of ADPE equipment; Provide information management services including database design, data analysis, and an information crosswalk listing information resources available in the Medical Treatment Facility
