Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Perform maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance; Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, ceramic tile repair; Conduct preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator and more; Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction; Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness; participate in on-call/after-hours maintenance and emergencies
