Position Overview
This role supports a large-scale EPIC integration project. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong coordination skills. The Administrative Associate will play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations by managing logistics, scheduling, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate meeting scheduling and training room logistics
Support project activities, including planning and execution within scope
Manage administrative tasks such as storing, retrieving, and distributing information
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders
Assist with logistics tracking and follow-ups
Provide training and orientation for new staff
Troubleshoot office technologies and support operational needs
Ensure efficient day-to-day administrative and departmental operations
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (3+ years preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with office technologies and administrative tools
Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
Associate's Degree (preferred)
