Location: Orange County & Los Angeles Areas

Based out of: Brea / Santa Ana, CA

Job Type: Part-time / On-Call / Weekend-Based

We're looking for reliable, responsible and professional event staff to join our growing perfume bar team for private events & brand activations throughout Southern California.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced event environments, has great people skills, and can represent a polished brand experience at upscale celebrations and activations.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and tearing down event displays/materials
• Assisting guests during interactive event experiences
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Transporting event materials to and from events
• Keeping event areas clean, organized, and visually polished
• Capturing casual behind-the-scenes content/photos/videos on your phone during events

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be available most weekends
• Comfortable driving throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, and occasionally farther locations
• Able to lift and transport event materials/equipment
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and simple content capture
• Event, hospitality, beauty, or customer service experience is a plus

Schedule

• Mostly weekend events
• Occasional weekday events
• Flexible/on-call scheduling based on bookings
• Hours vary depending on events

Additional Details

• Event materials are picked up in Brea or Santa Ana prior to events
• Gas reimbursement is calculated from the pickup location to the event venue
• Training will be provided
• Hiring ASAP

Pay: $30/hour + gas reimbursement (from pickup location to event venue)

$20/hour for production / in office preparation work (occasional & primarily weekdays)
