The successful candidate will lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term fiscal strategy, and will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial analysis to support executive decision-making. The CFO will also oversee cash flow management, financial forecasting, and resource allocation, and will be deeply involved in accounting, compliance, and grant management.Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or CPA preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' of senior-level financial leadership experience, ideally within a large complex nonprofit or grant-funded environment.
