Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into funded loans through effective follow-up and relationship building
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing
• Analyze borrower needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions
• Maintain consistent communication and deliver a high level of customer service
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and ensure loans move efficiently through the process

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage experience
• Strong communication, sales, and follow-up skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for results
