Automotive Administrative & Accounting Support Clerk

Patterson Autos, home to Tustin Mazda, Tustin Hyundai, and Tustin Kia, is a highly rated, community focused automotive group serving Orange County for over 20 years. We are seeking a reliable and detail-driven Administrative & Accounting Support Clerk to join our business office in Tustin.

Position Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile bank deposits
• Perform schedule reconciliations and assist with general accounting tasks
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical)
• Assist with car deal paperwork, contracts, and compliance
• Support new & used vehicle stocking documentation
• Provide administrative overflow support to the office team
• Verify, compile, and process dealership forms and reports

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership accounting experience a MUST
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• High school diploma required

Compensation & Benefits

• $20$23 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time schedule, MondayFriday
