We are seeking an experienced Sr. Document Control Clerk to support entry and modification of all types of engineering documentation into our Oracle ERP system. The role works closely with the manufacturing, materials and development teams./ppWhat you will be doing:/pulliAdminister documentation control and maintain engineering records within Oracle/liliGenerate Item Sequence Numbers (ISNs) and documentation numbers, ensuring accurate linkage to Bills of Material (BOMs) and data packages/liliCreate, upload, and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) in Oracle/liliOrganize, rename, and upload engineering documentation in compliance with document control standards/liliUpload and maintain engineering data packages and BOMs within the system/liliSupport and administer change control processes/liliFile, process, and track Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)/li/ulpWhat you need to be successful in this role:/pulliAssociates degree in technical field, bachelors degree preferred/liliOver five (5) years in a document control role/liliOver five (5) years of experience using Oracle or similar ERP system/liliExperience in an ISO-9001 or similar environment/liliUnderstanding of electro-mechanical devices/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and be internal customer-facing/liliAttention to detail/li/ulpIteris anticipates paying an hourly rate between $28.50 and $31.75 for this role.
