Job Title: NDE Test Technician

Working Pattern: Onsite (2nd shift 2pm - 10:30pm)

Working Location: Cypress, CA

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented non-destructive evaluation (NDE) Test Technician to support inspection and quality activities within a manufacturing environment. This role will assist with visual inspection, non-destructive testing methods, and dimensional inspection processes to ensure parts meet engineering and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn advanced inspection technologies such as IR thermography, CT scanning, GOM systems, and CMM equipment while working closely with experienced technicians and engineers. This position plays an important role in maintaining product quality, supporting production goals, and upholding safety and compliance standards. In this role, you will need to pass a vision test and be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

What you will be doing:
Perform basic visual inspections to identify surface defects and non-conformances under supervisionAssist with non-destructive testing methods including infrared (IR) thermography and computed tomography (CT)Support operation of GOM systems for 3D scanning and inspection activitiesAssist with dimensional inspection using CMM equipmentFollow established inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality standardsAccurately document inspection results and report findings to senior technicians or engineersMaintain cleanliness and organization of inspection areas and equipmentSupport equipment setup, basic maintenance, and calibration checksCollaborate with team members to meet production and quality goalsAdhere to all safety policies and procedures

Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development)In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
Preferred Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, inspection, or a related technical fieldBasic understanding or exposure to inspection or quality processes preferredInterest in learning NDE methods including IR and CTAbility to read basic engineering drawings (GD&T knowledge is a plus but not required)Strong attention to detail and willingness to learnGood communication and teamwork skillsBasic computer skills for data entry and documentation
