In the role of Intern, Accounts Receivable you'll play a pivotal part on our finance team. The Finance Accounts Receivable Intern will support the finance team by assisting with billing, payment processing, and account reconciliation activities. This role involves monitoring customer accounts, preparing financial reports, and communicating with clients regarding outstanding invoices. The intern will gain valuable experience in accounting processes, financial systems, and business communication. This position offers hands-on exposure to financial operations in a dynamic industry setting. This position contributes to our vision by:

  • Assist in preparing and sending customer invoices.
  • Monitor and update accounts receivable records.
  • Reconcile customer payments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate with clients to follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Support the preparation of aging reports and financial summaries.
  • Help process incoming payments and record transactions in financial systems.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities.
  • Provide documentation for audits or financial reviews as needed.
  • Research and resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of transactions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on process improvements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance department.

Internships are 12-weeks in duration and 29 hours/week. Description: Entry-level position within field. Additional description Working Conditions: 1. Does require fluent communication in English language. 2. Employment Status may be part-time, full-time, or temporary. 3. Traveling may be required. 4. Protracted or irregular hours may be required. 5. Relocation to another Safran facility may be required.
