This is a chance to architect a brand‑new physical product—not iterate on old ones. You'll take a vague idea, shape it into a real, manufacturable tool, and guide it all the way to market while working with global partners and a highly collaborative engineering culture.

Must‑have skills

• 6+ years' mechanical engineering experience
• Experience as the technical lead on an engineering team
• Electromechanical experience
• Advanced proficiency in CAD
• Experience translating customer needs into system requirements, performance targets, and design trade‑offs
• Hands-on design, analysis, and debugging of complex electromechanical systems

Bonus skills

• Knowledge of fluid or thermal systems
• Experience with sealed mechanical assemblies
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
