On the Team Maintain community and horizontal construction schedules, overseeing all construction activities and quality control. Coordinate input from Division Executives on site and architectural design. Provide weekly written reports on progress, trade partner meetings, agency contacts, problem resolution, and safety meetings. Create and maintain site budgets. Coordinate DRE processing, CC&Rs, and set up HO - As, acting as a liaison and board member if needed. Secure and manage the exoneration of necessary bonds.
