Role: Customer Service Associate
Locations: Aliso Viejo, California (100% Onsite) Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Contract
Rate: $19/Hr on W2
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or higher required
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service, order entry, or order management experience
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a customer-service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed
