What Youll Be Doing. Leading behavior support services across adult day programs. Developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior plans, including functional behavior assessments (FB - As) and ongoing data review. Providing clinical oversight to ensure plans are practical, consistent, and effectively implemented in a real-world setting. Coaching and supporting staff to build confidence and consistency in how behavior strategies are carried out. Partnering closely with Program Directors to align clinical services with program needs and priorities. Supporting teams during complex or escalated behavioral situations and helping guide next steps. Monitoring progress, identifying trends, and adjusting strategies to improve outcomes over time. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including families and external partners as needed. Ensuring services are aligned with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
