Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related support, and emergency communication activities at a financial institution location; Monitor alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and other communication systems to identify and report security-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner; Dispatch officers and/or appropriate personnel to incidents, service requests, and critical situations while maintaining clear, accurate communication with site contacts and first responders; Document incidents, calls for service, visitor activity, and other daily operations in logs and reports with attention to detail and site-specific protocols; Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining awareness of building operations, reporting unusual conditions, and following post orders for after-hours and restricted-area access
