What You'll Do:

- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Help with mobility around the home and out in the community (doctor visits, walks, errands)
- Remind clients to take prescribed medications
- Support physical therapy exercises and daily routines
- Prepare meals and handle light housekeeping
- Run errands or accompany clients on shopping trips
- Communicate updates with our Care Navigator team, family members, and medical staff

What We're Looking For:

A warm, respectful personality and great bedside manner
Strong communication and time management skills
Physical stamina to handle the day to day tasks of caregiving
Knowledge of basic housekeeping and meal prep (including special diets)
High school diploma or GED
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Home Care Aide Registration (don't have one yet? We'll help you get it!)
Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required
