This is a growth and analytics leadership role not a relationship management role. You will oversee two business development staff and partner closely with our Head of Strategic Accounts to identify and act on growth opportunities across our portfolio. You are obsessed with numbers: pipeline health, revenue mix, account trajectory, and marketing-to-sales conversion. You will build the CRM and reporting infrastructure we don't yet have, and use it to drive measurable results.
