Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity in a respectful manner consistent with a cultural institution setting, offering directions and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations; Support a courteous and professional environment by communicating with staff, guests, and/or local responders as needed during routine operations and unusual events
