Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and store personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and/or emergency response activities for a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, assist with crowd management, and report maintenance or security-related issues; Support closing and opening activities as assigned, helping to verify restricted areas are addressed according to post instructions and that unauthorized access is reported
