Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed issues to property management and/or emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and note unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and community amenities, assist with visitor and contractor interactions, and help support property rules and access protocols.; Document daily activities, incident details, and patrol observations in written reports, logs, and/or required communication systems.
