Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner by receiving calls for service, prioritizing requests, and dispatching appropriate personnel.; Monitor communication systems, access points, cameras, and other reporting tools to help identify unusual activity and support timely security-related responses.; Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, relaying accurate information to site leadership, officers, and/or emergency responders as needed.; Coordinate routine and urgent communications across the location, helping to support daily operations, after-hours activity, and/or response to patient, visitor, and staff concerns.
