Execute an effective prospecting strategy and conduct guest tours./liliAchieve monthly revenue objectives set forth by the company with regard to fitness and supplements./liliReview daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics./liliPerform various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed./liliAlert the operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club. Personally conduct facility walk through daily./liliSupervise coach sales activities. Review agreements and prepare daily paperwork./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliIn-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design./liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills./liliStrong customer service focus./liliStrong organizational skills. Understands basic record keeping practices and procedures.
