Description

Job Summary This position is responsible for enforcing parking regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws, and providing excellent customer service to the patrons visiting.

20 hours per week Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance.
• Issue citations for violations of parking laws and regulations.
• Respond to inquiries from the patrons regarding parking rules and procedures.
• Provide assistance to motorists as needed, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, violations, and enforcement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of citations issued and follow up on unpaid tickets as required.

This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.

Qualifications

Experience

• Strong customer service experience is highly desired.
• Prior parking enforcement not required but preferred.
• Strong attention to detail required.
