Description:

Reporting & Presentation Support. Prepare, distribute, track, edit, and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly ASCX reports and presentations. Support ad-hoc reporting and presentation requests. Manage and maintain weekly newsletters ensuring announcements and data are current and accurate. Budget & Financial Support. Develop, analyze, and publish monthly budget reports. Support annual budget planning activities across Aftersales and CX & Training teams. Collaborate with cross-functional workgroups to ensure required budget information is submitted on timeSupport program administration including purchase requests, invoice payments, and reconciliation activities. Meeting & Program Coordination. Schedule, prepare for, participate in, and recap weekly cross-functional meetings. Coordinate communication and follow-up items between departments.
