The Clinical Outreach Representative, PPS is responsible for increasing occupancy of the programs in his/her assigned territory. This occupancy target includes all service lines within the PPS Division, with a focus on psychiatric services. Essential Job Functions: The Clinical Outreach Representative, PPS is responsible for ensuring they meet their weekly, monthly and quarterly activity, inquiry, and admissions goals through the execution of: Regional strategic planning with weekly phone calls with Regional Director of Outreach and collaboration with PPS leadership. Meeting weekly and monthly activity quotas - 80 1:1 meeting, 1 event, and 12-18 TMS admissions, 7 general admissions. Engage with the community to raise awareness about our healthcare services and initiatives. Participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach programs to promote our organization.
