We are looking for someone who has the ability to work directly with our clients. As a Financial CSR, your duties will include creating an estimate of charges based on the treatment plan and presenting that treatment plan to the pet owner. Must have previous experience in an animal hospital and it would be a plus to have knowledge of veterinary terminology. You will also be entering charges of hospitalized patients and providing those pet parents over the phone with a financial update.
