Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR administration, benefits coordination, executive assistance, or a related role
  • Hands‑on experience working with insurance brokers and benefits vendors
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of discretion
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to balance employee advocacy with business and budget considerations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience negotiating benefits renewals and carrier rates
  • Exposure to analyzing benefits costs tied to employee demographics
  • Executive administrative or leadership support experience
  • Familiarity with improving or redesigning benefits packets and employee communications

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR questions, concerns, and benefits inquiries
  • Partner with leadership to ensure HR policies and practices align with company values and employee well‑being
  • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and general HR documentation processes
  • Manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and ancillary offerings
  • Work directly with insurance brokers and benefits providers to: Refresh and obtain benefits quotes on a regular basis, Compare offerings across multiple carriers, Analyze cost changes related to employee demographics, Negotiate competitive rates and improved coverage
  • Monitor benefits market trends and recommend enhancements to offerings
  • Continuously update and improve the employee benefits packet for clarity and accessibility
  • Communicate benefits changes clearly and advocate for employee interests during renewals
  • Coordinate and book business travel for executives and leadership, including flights and accommodations
  • Provide general administrative support such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
  • Assist leadership with ad‑hoc administrative and organizational needs

Compensation:

$85-$95k per year annual salary.
