The Portfolio Manager is part of the credit management team focused on the long-term risk-adjusted returns for the bank within the assigned business segment and/or geographic area(s). This individual manages a sub-set of existing credits and is a key partner in the origination of new credits. Primary responsibilities include:In partnership with Portfolio Managers and Credit Lead, this role will support the Private Banking Commercial Real Estate portfolio, while is comprised largely of mini-perm loans to high net worth individuals and family offices across a variety of product types (multifamily, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, and unsecured). Experience working with high net worth / private banking / wealth management clients is preferred. Candidate must have foundational understanding of personal financial statements, real estate schedules, and tax returns.
