Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy and evaluations Take and defend depositions as experience grows Attend court appearances, mediations, and depositions (as needed) Communicate with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and experts Support trial preparation and ongoing litigation strategy Qualifications: J.
