The Marketing Manager US Eye Care, OTC will partner with marketing, sales and broader AbbVie stakeholders (Finance, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, MABI, and Agency) to support different business needs across the OTC portfolio of brands. They will derive findings and implications from multiple data platforms to strengthen commercial understanding of brand performance, marketplace dynamics and growth opportunities. Participate on cross-functional teams and be involved with the development of strategic brand plans. This role requires strong collaboration within the US Eye Care organization and broader AbbVie stakeholders along with strong communication skills (oral & written) with the ability to make persuasive presentations to customers, sales teams, partners and senior leadership.
