Review and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Lead opportunity go/no-go evaluations and proposal scope and cost development. Grow key transmission client accounts in coordination with Energy Program leadership, with a focus on California and the Western U.S. Recruit, develop, and retain project managers and specialist staff. Build in-house transmission sector expertise and best practices. Collaborate closely with Renewable Energy account managers and business development teams. Maintain continuous professional development and industry knowledge Strategic Planning. Identify industry trends and develop a long-term market and client strategy.
