Own the fit process from prototype through production Develop and approve garment specifications and fit comments Lead fit sessions and communicate corrections to factory partners Translate design concepts into production-ready garments Review samples for fit, construction, and quality accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional and global sourcing teams Support block development and fit consistency initiatives Maintain timelines and product development calendar deadlines Qualifications 7 years of Apparel Technical Design experience Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and patternmaking Experience with tops, bottoms, outerwear, denim, knits, and wovens Hands-on experience with grading, garment sizing, and technical patterns Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Experience with PLM systems such as Enovia or Flex.
