Job Details

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Investments. It is responsible for assisting in all administrative matters in the sale and execution of financial services to individuals and businesses. This position has significant clerical duties; however, there is an additional obligation to learn the Compliance Officer and the Financial Operations Principals roles and responsibilities and function as extra coverage for both positions when needed. QUALIFICATIONS - BA/ BS in business, finance, accounting, or related field and two (2) to four (4) years experience in a brokerage firm preferred. - Series 7, 66, 63, or 65 licenses preferred or the ability to be licensed within 12 months of hire. - Experience with Morningstar Office preferred. - Superior understanding and knowledge of how employer sponsored 401(k) and 409 A plans operate. - Good knowledge of how the stock, bond, and Treasury markets operate. - Exceptional written and spoken communication skills. - Ability to pres...Financial, Compliance Officer, Coordinator, Brokerage, Operations, Service, Banking
